Tnma's Studio
Founded in 2026, the studio designs and makes goods and apparel. The studio is led by Tommy Onik and is based in NYC.
Tommy began his journey with art and design through street photography in 2016. Since then, he has become a somewhat trained and somewhat self-taught artist and designer inspired by play, color, and discovery.
Studio Philosophy
The studio is not yet a B-corp. It will function as one in the meantime. We will be transparent in our process and heartfelt in our output.
Statement on Quality
Currently, each product is handmade. Handmade products are implicitly imperfect. They're fingerprints of the process. With that in mind, the studio maintains a high standard for quality control.
The studio will remain mindful of its footprint. Our materials may not begin as the most sustainable options, but they will always move in that direction. We will be considerate of the full lifecycle of everything we make and use — the last thing we want is for our work to end up as litter for a landfill.
Statement on Pricing
Product price is determined by a balance of material costs and time spent. As the process enhances or materials fluctuate, the price will variably increase or decrease.
Statement on Returns
We attempt to uphold conscious spending by not encouraging returns. In situations where the studio fumbles, we will make up for it. Otherwise, please be certain in your purchase. We apologize ahead of time for any inconveniences that arise as a result.
Statement on Broadway Dance Center (BDC)
Ten percent of all revenue will go directly towards supporting dance scholarships in partnership with the Broadway Dance Center (BDC) in New York City. This agreement has not yet been formalized. It will be incorporated into the existing Serge Onik Memorial Scholarship.
